What are Pages?

Pages can be used to break down a long list of questions into smaller organized sections. This will not only improve your respondents experience in completing your form but also in making your editing process clearer.

Add New Pages

  1. Open the Form tab
  2. Click the + Page shortcut underneath any existing page (or click the icon next to a page title and select ‘Add page’)
  3. Select ‘Question Page’ OR ‘Exit Page’

For a little more info on this, go to Add and Manage Pages.

These page options are intended to contain your questions, where you will have access to all Question Types, Presentational Items, and some Contact Detail Elements.

Note: When making a quiz, you will have a slightly shorter list of available items. This is because not all question types or items would be suitable for a point-based system, like quizzes.

There are also a few other things you can accomplish with this option. Here’s a list of examples:

Exit/ Thank You Pages are used to notify respondents that your form has come to an end, and to express gratitude for their time. There are several Exit Page types that you can switch between via the Exit page type dropdown.

These are:

  • Standard (with advertising)
  • Design custom page
  • Redirect to web address
  • Score/Marking page (Quizzes only)

The Standard type will permit you to edit the page title and subheading text, allowing for a short thank-you message to be displayed to your respondents.

You will be able to insert content blocks into your Thank You Page if you choose to design a custom page — type ”/” where it says “Type / to add content block” to insert one. This option also includes the ability to edit the page title and subheading.

Finally, you can redirect respondents to a web address of your choice: enter it into the Redirect URL field, optionally set a custom Page Title, and use the Test link button to confirm it works.

Click any page title in the Form tab to switch to that page:

You can edit the title of all your pages by clicking the title field at the top of your survey, quiz, or form.

You will find the option to add a page subheading below the page title (click the Add subheading button to reveal the “Enter subheading” field), where you will be able to insert any additional information concerning the corresponding page.

If you’re a business or organization, you may want to include some branding or imagery in your form.

By clicking the Add logo button, you will be given access to any images you have previously uploaded to the site, or you can upload a new one.

If you have not uploaded any images yet, drop a file onto the panel or press Browse for files.

  1. Open the Form tab in the left sidebar
  2. Click the icon next to the page you’d like to delete and select ‘Delete page’
  3. Confirm your choice OR ‘Cancel’ your action

Page Logic allows you to direct different respondents to separate pages in your form, based on the answer choices they’ve made.

You can use this feature to create Qualification Questions/ Pages and Consent Forms, which you can read more about by clicking the links.
