Maintaining Confidentiality When Buying Responses
Testing new concepts or ideas that you want to keep private? While we can't guarantee that survey-takers won't share info from your survey, follow these guidelines to make sure that information from your survey can't be traced back to your brand.
Don't include branding
To maintain confidentiality when purchasing survey responses, you should avoid references to your brand or organization. These can include:
- Logos
- Mottoes
- Website references
- Messaging
- Product references
If the aim of your survey is to test new product concepts, you could use fake branding.
Don't include a confidentiality statement
If you tell respondents that your survey contains confidential information, they may be inclined to share that information with others.
