Segmenting Contacts
You can use contact details and campaign information to filter contacts into segments. You can choose a single filter or combine multiple filters using and/or logic.
How to segment contacts
- Go to Contacts
- Select the Segments tab
- Click New segment
- Name your segment
By default, all your contacts will be shown in the segment before you apply filters.
- Select to apply an AND or OR logic to your filters
- Click the + icon
- Select Add rule
- Apply filter rules using the available dropdowns
You can apply multiple filters using the same logic (AND or OR) by following steps 6 to 8.
If you want to apply the opposite logic in the same segment:
- Click the + icon
- Select Add rule set
- Change the logic by clicking AND or OR
- Click the + icon next to the logic buttons
