To make your survey accessible to respondents, you will need to upgrade or remove the feature which has triggered this.

How to check which features you're using that aren't available on your plan

To check which features are causing this message to appear, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to the Send section of the form/ survey/ quiz receiving this message

Here you will find a list of any advanced features you're using, that aren't available on your plan.

You can then upgrade to the plan which contains this feature or you'll need to remove the feature from your survey/ quiz/ form.

Once you've done this, your project will be accessible to respondents.
