What is an Organization?

Many users used to share accounts, and the data contained within those accounts, with colleagues in their workplace. The new GDPR legislation makes such data sharing a tenuous activity, as personal data is now only permitted to be shared if it is required for performance of your job role.

So, we’ve created a structure through which you can combine individual accounts under one Organization, which would be controlled by an admin account, and be comprised of up to 5 users for the PRO account and 30 users for a BUSINESS account.

Do I need a paid account?

The admin, who creates and maintains the Organization, is required to have a paid subscription.

Benefits of an Organization

  • All team members will benefit from the PRO features of the admin account.
  • No additional cost for up to 5 users for the PRO accounts and 30 for BUSINESS
  • Consolidate data ownership to the Organization account (ideal for when employees change jobs or leave.)
  • The option to consolidate billing
  • Admin has access to data in all accounts (coming soon)
  • GDPR compliant


  • 5 team members limit per PRO Organization and 30 team members per BUSINESS Organizations (but you can contact us for more!)
  • Support is only offered to paid accounts. The admin is responsible for supporting any questions your team has.
  • Shared surveys: 50 per  PRO organization and 300 per BUSINESS organization.
  • Shared responses: 500 per PRO organization and 3000 per BUSINESS organization (more available on request).

Note: If a joined user already has a paid subscription, they will retain the resources associated with their package rather than the limited pooled resources of the Organization.

GDPR Compliance

We’ve also provided you with the means of ensuring your data processing activities are complaint with the GDPR legislation.

  • Store your Data Protection Officer’s Information (if applicable)
  • Sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
  • Create a bespoke Data Processing Agreement (Available soon with the Business Account)

Who can invite other members?

Only the admin for the Organization will have the ability to invite other team members. They will also have full control over the Organization information.

Who will own user data?

Data ownership of all accounts will be transferred to the Organization, and should be managed and maintained by the admin account owner.

Who is responsible for billing?

There are two options when it comes to billing responsibility. It can be managed by individual accounts, or transferred to the Organization. However, this matter should be discussed internally.

Can others in my Organization view my data?

Currently, no. In the future, the admin account will be able to access the surveys and data of the other users in the same Organization.

How to Create and Organization

  1. Open the Main Menu
  2. Select ‘My Account’
  3. Navigate to ‘Organization’
  4. Click ‘Create an Organization’

How to Add New Members
