Auto-Scroll
Long surveys can cause respondent disengagement and increase drop-out rates. Our Auto-Scroll feature moves respondents to the next question upon answer selection, keeping respondents engaged to ensure you don’t miss out on any data.
Auto-Scroll is enabled by default.
How to disable auto-scroll
To disable auto-scroll in your survey, follow these steps:
- Go to the Build section of your project
- Click Theme in the left sidebar
- Click "Off" beneath "Highlight next question (auto-scroll)"
Note: Auto-scroll can only be disabled for the Many survey type.
