If you’re purchasing targeted responses, you will need to be subscribed to a paid plan. The cost of the plan you require will be added during the checkout phase when purchasing responses.

Using enhanced targeting

Enhanced targeting includes any of the additional criteria in the ‘More Targeting section’.

Using any of these to target survey respondents will require you to upgrade to the Pro or Business plan.
