Page Titles and Descriptions

These text fields will provide respondents with information on the page they’re filling out. The page title encapsulates the overall subject of the questions, whilst the description — labelled subheading in the page toolbar — can detail the line of questioning or instructions for that set of questions.

Insert a Page Title

1. Open a form
2. Click the ‘Enter page title’ box at the top of the page
3. Type your title

Insert a Page Description

1. Open a form
2. Click the Add subheading button (next to ‘Add logo’, above the page title)
3. Type your description into the ‘Enter subheading’ box that appears below the title

Removing Titles or Descriptions

Click into either text field and delete the text as you would any other text.
