Check Your Billing Information

To check your Billing information:

1. Click your profile icon at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar
2. Select ‘Account details’
3. Under the Billing section, click ‘Manage subscription’

This opens your billing portal, where you have access to the following

• Your current subscription plan and price
• Billing & Shipping Addresses
• Payment Methods
• Billing History (view and download your invoices)
• Cancel your Subscription

Canceling your Subscription

You can cancel your current paid subscription from the ‘Billing’ section of your account details.

1. Follow the steps above to open your billing portal
2. Click your current subscription
3. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’
4. Optionally add a reason for cancelling, then click ‘Confirm Cancellation’

Note: After canceling your subscription, your account will remain upgraded until the end of the original subscription period (shown on the cancellation screen). But your subscription will not renew.
