How to Add Pictures to Questions

It’s possible to add images to question fields in your surveys, quizzes and forms.

To do this:

1. Go to the Build section of your form
2. Click a question to select it
3. Click the image icon in the toolbar above the question
4. Choose “For question” from the menu that appears (choose “For page” instead if you want the image to apply to the whole page)
5. Select or upload an image from the Photo, Video, or Upload / My Gallery tabs
