How to Sign In

If you don’t already have an account with us, you can learn how to create an account. If you already have an account, you may need a quick guide for how to log in.

Signing In

1. Go to the sign-in page (opening the app while signed out will take you here automatically)
2. Enter your Email Address
3. Enter your Password
4. Optionally, check Remember me
5. Click Sign In

You can also click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft to sign in with an existing Google or Microsoft account instead.

Forgotten your Password?

It is possible to recover your password if you’ve lost it:

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your Email Address
3. Click Submit
4. Check your Email Inbox

Note: Make sure you check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folders.

This will send a password reset link to the email address you used to create your account.
