Moving a Project to a Workspace
Workspaces let you group your projects by team, rather than by project type. Every account starts with My Forms (projects with no workspace) and All Forms (everything). You can also create additional workspaces, such as one per team, and move projects between them.
To move a project to a workspace:
Section titled “To move a project to a workspace:”- Click Forms in the top navigation to open your Dashboard
- Click the project you’d like to move — this expands its actions
- Select Move to workspace
- Choose a workspace from the list (or click Create workspace to make a new one)
- Click Move to confirm, or Cancel to back out

Moving a project to a workspace doesn’t delete or duplicate it — it simply changes which workspace it’s filed under. You can move a project between workspaces as many times as you like.
Note: Workspaces are separate from Labels. Labels are lightweight tags for filtering your search; workspaces are a single home for a project, usually mapped to a team.
