Searching for Contacts

If your list of contacts has grown substantially, it can be a chore to scroll through them all in search of one contact. The Search by email or name field on the Contacts page will filter your list live as you type.

To search for a contact:

1. Go to Contacts
2. Click the Search by email or name field
3. Enter an email address or name

The Contact list filters immediately as you type — there’s no separate step to apply the search.

You can narrow results further by first opening a specific List, Segment, or Status (Active contacts/Unsubscribed/Bounced/Spam complaints/All contacts) — the search box then only searches within that view.

How to go back to the Full Contact List

If you wish to clear your search and return to the full contact list:

1. Click the × (close) icon inside the search field

This clears the search immediately — no page refresh needed.
