How to Cancel Your Subscription

Depending on where you’re located, you may have been put on one of our two billing systems.

Below, we’ll include the methods for cancelling your subscription for both Chargebee and LemonSqueezy:

You can cancel your current paid subscription by:

  1. Click your profile icon at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar
  2. Select ‘Account details’
  3. Under Billing, click ‘Manage subscription’
  4. Click your current subscription
  5. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’
  6. Optionally add a reason for cancelling, then click ‘Confirm Cancellation’

Note: After cancelling your subscription, your account will remain upgraded until the end of the original subscription period (shown on the cancellation screen). But your subscription will not renew.

You can cancel your current paid subscription by:

  1. Click your profile icon at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar
  2. Select ‘Account details’
  3. Under Billing, click ‘Manage subscription’
  4. Log into your LemonSqueezy profile (or create one)
  5. Select ‘Cancel subscription’
  6. Confirm your selection

Note: After cancelling your subscription, your account will remain upgraded until the end of the original subscription period. But your subscription will not renew.
