Can Team Members See My Projects? (Organizations)

It depends on where the project lives.

• Projects kept in My Forms are private — other Team members can’t see or open them.
• Projects placed inside a shared Workspace become visible to that Workspace’s members. Some Workspaces are set to give every team member automatic access; others restrict access to specific people who’ve been added.

Your Organization Admin can also sign in to (impersonate) any Team member’s account to view or manage it directly — see Team User Account Access for Admins.

To make a private project visible to specific colleagues, move it into a shared Workspace.
