Customize Your Form Link

Customize the final part of a public form link with memorable text, such as project-feedback. This changes the URL slug. To change the website address before it, use a custom domain.

Customize the URL slug

Section titled “Customize the URL slug”
  1. Open the form’s Send → Link tab. Publish the form first if prompted.
  2. Select the pencil icon (Customize URL) beside the public link.
  3. Enter your custom text and select Save.

Use letters, numbers and hyphens, with a maximum of 50 characters. The text must be available; if it is already in use, choose another value. Access to custom URLs depends on your plan.

Changing the custom text breaks links using the previous custom text. The form’s original automatically generated link continues to work.

A custom public link can be shared by email, on social media or in print. Anyone with it can open the form unless you set a password.

Tracked email invitations use individual recipient links to associate responses with Contact records. They do not use the shared custom public link. See response tracking and anonymous invitations.
