Auto-Scroll

Long surveys can cause respondent disengagement and increase drop-out rates. Our Auto-Scroll feature moves respondents to the next question upon answer selection, keeping respondents engaged to ensure you don’t miss out on any data.

How To Disable Auto-Scroll

To disable auto-scroll in your form, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Build section of your form
  2. Click Settings in the left sidebar
  3. Open the Appearance section
  4. Switch off “Highlight next question (auto-scroll)”
