This Form Has Been Created Using Features Not Available In The Creators Plan

You may have shared a survey with respondents, and they receive the following message: “This Form Has Been Created Using Features Not Available In The Creators Plan”.

This message appears when you are using features that aren’t available with the plan you’re subscribed to.

To make your survey accessible to respondents, you will need to upgrade or remove the feature which has triggered this.

How to check which features you’re using that aren’t available on your plan

To check which features are causing this message to appear, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to the Send section of the form/ survey/ quiz receiving this message

Since the form can’t be published as-is, you’ll be shown a “You’re using features that aren’t in your plan” page instead of the usual Send page, with a list under Upgrade to use these features naming each paid feature you’re using that isn’t included on your current plan.

You can then click Upgrade now to move to a plan which contains this feature, or go back and remove the feature from your survey/ quiz/ form instead.

Once you’ve done this, your project will be accessible to respondents.
