Deleting Results
Project results are the responses gathered from the respondents of your project. You are able to delete these responses using a few methods.
Deleting a Single Response
Section titled “Deleting a Single Response”To remove one respondent’s answers without clearing your whole dataset:
- Go to the Quick Report for the project you want to delete a response from
- Click the Individual responses tab in the tab bar
- Use the slide bar or arrows to find the response you’d like to remove — see How to View Individual and Tracked Responses
- Click Delete Response
- Confirm by clicking Delete Response in the dialog, or Cancel to go back

Note: this removes every answer that respondent gave (the whole response), not just a single question’s worth of data. There is currently no way to clear one question’s answers while leaving the rest of that response intact.
Clearing All Responses
Section titled “Clearing All Responses”Clear the entire results list for a project from Forms, without opening it.
- Go to Forms
- Click the project you wish to clear results for — it expands in place into the Project Menu
- Click Clear results
- Confirm your choice by clicking Delete All Responses OR
- Cancel your decision

Tip: The same menu (including Clear results) is also available from the Home page — click Form actions on a project’s card there instead of opening Forms.
Can you restore results/ responses?
Section titled “Can you restore results/ responses?”Once you have deleted any responses — whether a single response or your whole results list — you will NOT be able to retrieve them. This is separate from deleting the project itself: a deleted project can be restored for about a month, but deleted responses are gone immediately and permanently.
