Remove Unanswered Questions from Individual Responses

If some of the questions in your project haven’t been marked Required, then respondents may not answer them. This can leave large white spaces in your individual responses view, and make the printout unsightly. However, it is possible to hide the unanswered questions.

  1. Enter a project that has collated responses
  2. Go to the Results section
  3. Click Individual responses in the tab bar
  4. Tick the box next to Hide unanswered questions

Now, only the questions that that respondent answered will appear on the page.

Note: This will not hide the unanswered questions on the combined report page.
