Delete Contacts

Deleting a contact will permanently remove them from your list, including any tracked survey/form links.

Note: We recommend you export your list before performing any bulk actions, as anything you delete in the app will be permanently removed and can’t be recovered.

Delete contacts

There are two ways you can delete contacts from your list. You can go directly to the profile of an individual contact or delete contacts in bulk from your list.

Deleting contacts individually

To delete an individual contact:

1. Go to Contacts
2. Use the search bar to locate the contact
3. Click their name to open their contact profile
4. Click the ⋮ (more actions) icon in the top-right of the profile card
5. Select Delete
6. Confirm by clicking DELETE CONTACT

Deleting contacts in bulk

To delete multiple contacts at once:

1. Go to Contacts
2. Check the boxes of multiple contacts you want to delete
3. Click Actions at the top of the list
4. Select Delete
5. Confirm the deletion
