Main Menu
The Main Menu is the row of buttons that runs across the top of the app. It stays visible regardless of what stage of project building you’ve reached or what page you’re on. The Menu consists of five sections:
- Home
- Forms
- Mailings
- Contacts
- Inbox
Your landing page after signing in. It shows a quick overview of your account — responses collected this week, live forms currently collecting, active mailing campaigns, and open inbox tickets — plus a “Happening now” list of your live and recently-edited forms and a summary of your plan usage. Use the New form button here to jump straight into creating a survey, quiz, or calculator.
From here you can create new surveys, quizzes, and calculators, and access all of your historical projects. The panel on the left offers:
- Workspaces: All Forms, My Forms, and any team workspaces you belong to — a way of grouping projects by team rather than by type
- Views: Recent, Surveys, Quizzes, Calculators, Deleted, and Shared with me (projects shared with you or that you’re a collaborator on)
- Labels: custom labels you’ve created, for filtering your list
Clicking a project opens the Project Menu.
Mailings
Section titled “Mailings”From here you can access the email invitations (campaigns) linked to your surveys, forms, and quizzes. Your options include:
- All: All campaigns created on the site, ordered chronologically.
- Drafts: All emails that have not yet been sent or scheduled.
- Outbox: All emails that have been scheduled or due to be sent.
- Sent: All sent emails.
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”This is where all your contacts are stored on site. Toggle between Contacts and Organisations, filter by Lists to segment your audience (or view contacts that are Not in a list), and use the search bar to find someone by email or name. The download and add icons let you export contacts or add one manually.
Opens your team’s shared inbox, where conversations from live chat and email appear as tickets you can view, assign, and reply to.
