About the Data Tables
Your project results will be collated into data tables for each question, which can be found under the Quick Report in the Results section (Results > Report tab).
This table will present you with averaged results from all participants who completed that question. It appears for questions with numeric-style answers (Opinion Scale, Star Rating, NPS, Sliders, Matrix, and similar) — multi-choice and dropdown questions show a simpler percentage breakdown instead, without this grid. You’ll be provided with two statistics alongside each answer value’s response count/percentage:

- Responses
- Weighted Average
Note: These statistics will not be provided for all question types, as some answers can’t be analyzed numerically.
Responses
Section titled “Responses”This number represents the total number of responses you received for a question.
Weighted Average
Section titled “Weighted Average”This average is determined by the importance of individual figures within a data set. The higher percentage of times a number or answer is chosen by respondents, the more influential it becomes in calculating a weighted average.
Reformatting your Data Table
Section titled “Reformatting your Data Table”If you wish to change the format of your Data Table to improve your understanding of it, click the arrow icon in the top left-hand corner (tooltip: “Switch table axis”) to switch from a horizontal view to a vertical one.
To reverse this change, simply click the arrow icon again.
Tip: Switching the table axis updates your view immediately, but it’s only a preview — click Save Changes To This Report (it appears next to the Report/Individual responses/Tracked responses tabs once you’ve made a change) if you want it to persist, otherwise it resets the next time you load the page.
