About the Data Tables

Report items can show a supporting data table beneath their chart. Open the item’s menu and turn on Show data table. This setting persists for that report item.

The table contains the counts and percentages appropriate to the question. Numeric-style questions can also show weighted averages and standard deviations. Choice questions show their answer breakdown. A lighter grid and consistent type scale make values easier to scan across chart types.

To change how a table is displayed, use the table controls available on that item. The report’s item menu also lets you rename, print, hide, or delete the item.
