How to Enable Tracked Responses
To track responses, you will need to have distributed your survey using the Email Invitations method. This will automatically link your collected results with the details stored in your Contacts.
- Open a project you’re ready to send
- Go to the Send section of your project
- Scroll to Send email invitations and click Send by email (this creates a Survey Invitation campaign in Mailings)
- If the project isn’t published yet, you’ll be prompted to publish it before continuing
- On the Subject step of the campaign, scroll to Invitation tracking and make sure Enable tracking is checked (it’s checked on by default)
