Collaborate on Email Campaigns

If you’re part of an organization on the site, you can collaborate on email invitations with your team.

To do this, you will first need to invite a team user to collaborate on the survey, quiz, or form.

Once this is done, you’ll see your team member’s email profile image or first name initial below your project name in the dashboard.

They will now be able to access and edit all elements of your project.

Caution

It’s not possible to collaborate on emails with another user simultaneously, this will cause an error. Team members must be editing emails one at a time.

Collaborating on Email Invitations

To view and edit a team user’s email invitation:

1. Locate the form, quiz, or survey shared with you in your dashboard and open it
2. Click Send in the top navigation (next to Build and Results)
3. Select Email invitations from the list of sharing options in the left panel (alongside Get a link, Share, QR Code, Pop-ups and slideouts, Embed, Webhooks, and Javascript API)

Under Send email invitations, you’ll see a list of Existing invitation campaigns — the draft and sent email invitation campaigns for that form.
