Collaborate on Email Campaigns

Manage email campaigns from Mailings. A campaign’s Workspace controls who can access it: members of that Workspace can open it, and Organization Admins can access all Workspaces. Campaigns without a Workspace are available across your Organization, so do not treat the Personal filter in Mailings as a private storage area.

Share a campaign through a Workspace

1. Open Mailings and find the campaign.
2. Open its More menu and choose Move to Workspace.
3. Choose a Workspace the intended colleagues can access, then click Move.

To move several campaigns, tick the checkbox beside each one and click Move in the action bar. See Bulk Actions for Forms and Email Campaigns for selection and outcome checks.

Moving a form automatically moves its linked campaigns, including reminders, into the same Workspace. They follow the form out of a Workspace too. This keeps campaign access aligned with the form after a move, so check who can access the destination. You can still move a campaign separately in Mailings; doing so does not move or share its linked form. Share the form through its Workspace when colleagues need to edit it or view its results.

Work on invitations for a form

You can also open a form’s Send → Email invitations page to find its existing invitation campaigns. Open a draft to continue setting it up, or open a sent campaign’s report to review delivery and engagement.

Coordinate changes so team members edit a campaign one at a time.

Before removing a team member

Move any of the member’s private forms that the team needs into a shared Workspace first; their linked campaigns follow. On member deletion, other campaigns created by that member are reassigned to the account owner. Campaigns linked to private forms left outside Workspaces are deleted, even if another colleague created the campaign. Review Removing Users from an Organization before confirming.
