Create an Account

If this is the first time that you’re visiting the site, you may not have created an account yet. This guide will help you figure out how to create an account.

Creating an Account

1. From the sign-in page, click Register
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter a password
4. Click Create Account

You can also click Sign Up with Google or Sign Up with Microsoft to create your account using an existing Google or Microsoft account instead.

If you already have an account with us, click Login instead.

Note: You will be alerted if you enter an email address that’s already attached to an account with us (you’ll see a message telling you the email is already taken). If you get this message, scroll down to the ‘Forgotten your Password’ section of this guide.

Forgotten your Password?

It is possible to recover your password if you’ve lost it:

1. From the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your Email Address
3. Click Submit
4. Check your Email Inbox

Note: Make sure you check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folders.

This will send a password reset link to the email address you used to create your account.
