Who Can View My Public Report?

When you make a report public, it activates the URL link we provide. This means that anyone who has access to the link will be able to view your results — no login is required, and the link isn’t limited to any particular audience.

When you enable sharing, the app warns that “any personal information visible to you will also be available publicly” — so if your report shows respondents’ names, emails, or other identifying details, anyone with the link can see them too. If that’s a concern, anonymize your report before making it public.

However, you can make your report private again at any time, which immediately deactivates the link.
