Integrations
The API paths and authentication are the same for both products; only the hostname changes.
These guides show how to connect Shout to external reporting, automation and data platforms using the public REST API.
Each integration uses a tenant-scoped API key. Create a separate least-privilege, read-only key for each integration and revoke it when it is no longer needed.
