Plan Comparison: What's Included in Each Plan
Shout has three main plans — Essentials, Pro, and Business — plus a budget Monthly plan available from the in-app Upgrade page. This page compares what’s included in each. For current prices see the pricing page, or open the Upgrade page inside the app (click your profile icon at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar and choose Upgrade). Form builder features by plan
Section titled “Form builder features by plan”Every plan includes the full builder: 20+ question types, question logic (branching), single and multi-question pages, themes and design customization, images and videos, answer randomization, custom exit pages, progress bars, mandatory questions, answer validation, and Net Promoter Score questions.

Collecting responses by plan
Section titled “Collecting responses by plan”Every plan can collect responses via URL link, QR code, email invitations, web embed, and pop-up or slideout forms, and includes the integrated CRM and response tracking.

Reports and analysis by plan
Section titled “Reports and analysis by plan”All reporting features are included in every plan: charts and graphs, individual responses, cross-tabulation, custom reports, hiding and grouping answers, public report sharing, segmenting by CRM data, tracked responses, NPS charts, and exporting as PDF or spreadsheet.
Collaborating on reports with team members requires Pro or Business (Essentials is a single-user plan).
Team inbox features by plan
Section titled “Team inbox features by plan”The form response inbox is included in every plan for viewing responses. Team features need Pro or Business:

Teams and collaboration
Section titled “Teams and collaboration”Pro and Business include team features: inviting collaborators, building surveys together, analyzing results together, creating an organization, and consolidated billing. Business adds pseudonymized personal data (PII) handling, priority support, and the option to pay by purchase order or wire transfer.
The Monthly plan
Section titled “The Monthly plan”The in-app Upgrade page also offers a Monthly plan — the same features as Essentials, billed month to month instead of annually. The only difference besides the billing period is the email allowance: 1,000 email invitation messages per month instead of Essentials’ 3,000.
Free trial limits
Section titled “Free trial limits”Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full feature access — no credit card required. During the trial you can send up to 250 email invitation messages and collect up to 20 responses per project. Upgrading to a paid plan lifts both limits immediately.
